The problem is linked to Cloudflare Rocket Loader. To address this, you can easily establish a page rule to deactivate Rocket Loader specifically on the admin pages or opt to disable Rocket Loader entirely.
How to Disable Rocket Loader with Cloudflare Page Rule
Method 1:
If you’re looking to deactivate Rocket Loader for a particular URL, you can achieve this through Cloudflare Page Rules with the following configuration.

Steps to disable Rocket Loader
Step 1: Login to cloudflare account select your domain.
Step 2: Click on Rules >> Page Rules >> Create Page Rule
Step 3: Enter the WHMCS URL like you see the above screenshort step number 3.
Step 4: Then in Pick a Setting option select Rocket Loader as show on above screennshort in step number 4.
Step 5: Disable the Rocket Loader slider as show on screenshort step number 5, and Click Save and Deploy Page Rule Button.

Steps to Disable Rocket Loader in Cloudflare:
Step 1: Login to cloudflare account select your domain.
Step 2: Click on Speed >> Optimization as show on the image steps 1 and 2.
Step 3: Click on Content Optimization option as show on above image step number 3.
Step 4: Scroll Down and Deactivate the Rocket Loader as show on below the image.
